Return & Exchange Policy
Every SOFTEDGE piece is made to order. This lets us keep a small, focused catalog — but it also means we handle returns a little differently than a standard retailer. Here's exactly what to expect.
What's covered
We'll replace or refund your order if it arrives with:
- A fabric or stitching defect
- The wrong item or size compared to what you ordered
- A missing or incorrect neck label
- Damage from shipping
What's not covered
Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- A different size or color than the one you chose
- A change of mind
- Items that are worn, washed, or altered
- Orders delayed due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number provided at checkout
Before you order, check our size chart on each product page — this is the best way to avoid a sizing issue we won't be able to resolve after the fact.
How to request a replacement or refund
Email support@wearsoftedge.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and evidence of the issue. In most cases, clear photos or videos are all we need — you won't be asked to send the item back unless we specifically request it.
What to include, depending on the issue:
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: clear photos of the issue. If it arrived damaged, please also photograph the packaging.
- Sizing issue: clear photos showing the garment's actual measurements.
- Missing item: an unboxing photo or video, if you have one.
We'll review your claim and confirm next steps within 2 business days. Approved replacements are reprinted and reshipped at no extra cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping delays
Core collection orders ship from the US within 5–7 business days. If your order hasn't shipped by day 7, contact us — you may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of your order value.
Order cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund only if your order hasn't yet entered production. Once production starts, we may not be able to offer a full refund — email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
