Shipping Policy

Every SOFTEDGE piece is made to order. Production starts as soon as you check out, and shipping times reflect that — not a shelf pickup.

Shipping times

Most items ship within 5–7 business days. A few pieces take longer to produce and ship — the exact estimate is always listed on the product page, so check before you order.

Orders with mixed shipping times

If your order includes items with different shipping estimates, they may ship as separate packages, each with its own tracking number. One piece arriving after another is expected, not an error.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as each package ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.

Delayed orders

If your order hasn't shipped within the estimated window shown on the product page, contact us — you may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of your order value.

Shipping address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check it before ordering — because each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to cover delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or phone number. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the US, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
